“I thought it was a fantastic system to implement; much easier than having two dozen students chasing me (or anyone else), trying to work with half-creased and folded bits of paper. Parent also gave it a double thumbs-up.”
“Parents loved the move with 90% making appointments. We “feel” that this was a greater take up rate than previously. The ability to have concrete data is great.”
‘‘It as an efficient, friendly and labour-saving device for organising parent/teacher interviews.’’
“This programme has been an absolute success! It is easy to use, intuitive, allows parents complete freedom to make their own arrangements in the comfort of their own homes at a time that suits them. Most importantly, from a staffing point of view, we have received very few calls from parents experiencing any difficulties.”
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. As long as you are employed at a school and have a .edu.au email address, you can try the ‘parent experience’ of the booking process just by clicking Try It Out!.
What if I’m not happy with the way it works?
We are so confident in the quality of our service that if after the completion of your first set of bookings you are unhappy with our system’s performance for any valid reason, we will refund your money in full.
What if parents don’t have internet access?
School administrators can make bookings on parents’ behalf, by making use of the “Act as Parent” function. Alternatively, staff can set up an internet-linked computer in the front office for parents to use during the booking period.
